From Greenland to the Bering Sea with Abercrombie & Kent

The Northwest Passage is one of the most elusive waterways in exploration history, long fabled but only recently found. Abercrombie & Kent gave adventurers a chance to follow in the wake of Arctic explorers with its first private charter in 2015. Its sold-out success was such that A&K, aboard Ponant’s Le Boréal, will be returning to this legendary trade route in 2017, navigating the west coast of Greenland, the iceberg-strewn World Heritage Site of Ilulissat Fjord and the wilds of the Yukon Territory. Accompanied by A&K’s Expedition Team, travellers will meet local Inuits, witness the geological sorcery of the Smoking Hills and marvel at the jawdropping night-time spectacle of the Northern Lights. The 24-day expedition will depart on 21 August 2017, with savings of up to US$3000 available on bookings made by 31 October 2016.
