built on a 29-hectare private island that was once a remote fishing outpost, the villas of over Yonder Cay are private havens of authentic barefoot luxury. all meals and beverages are included, and the minimum stay is seven nights; you’ll have no choice but to relax. a maximum of 28 guests can be accommodated in the four villas, and you can rent the whole island if you desire. there’s plenty to do besides relaxing by the pool. Play tennis or golf, hike, kitesurf, dive or snorkel to your heart’s content before indulging in a cocktail or two and a spread of local seafood. the villas have panoramic ocean views. villa 1 has its own movie theatre, gym, infinity pool, an expansive master suite with viewing tower, private garden, dressing room, salon and spacious bathroom. the three guest suites each have a private courtyard and terrace. each villa is separated in a way that it’s completely private. oh, and there’s a crewed 8.8-metre classic sloop at your disposal too.
