anew breed of private jets has taken to the skies. On the outside, they’re sleek. inside, they’re surprisingly homely. The latest embraer executive Jets feature the comforts of metropolitan penthouses, from wide-screen TVs to walk-in showers with a view from 12,500 metres.

The lineage 1000e is the largest of the São Paulobased company’s fleet at 36.24 metres long with a range of up to 8519 kilometres. at most, it holds 19 passengers, with hundreds of options spread across five distinct zones for maximum versatility. Considering the cabin is 2.5 times larger than an ultra-long-range jet, there is plenty of space for extras, such as a queensized bed and spa-style ensuite bathroom.

for a large-body jet, the lineage 1000e is still small enough to access more restrictive airports, including aspen and london City, while having an extended range and comparably low operating costs. it also boasts the lowest cabin altitude in the sector, maintaining a feeling of 2130 metres while cruising at 12,500 metres.

in the space of 74 square metres, Jay Beever, Vice President interior Design, and his team provide unparalleled access to materials including some 700 fabrics, 400 leathers and 60 different carpets to customise the cabin to the owner’s precise taste.
