SQUARE Using Yarn A, ch4, ss to first ch to join into a ring.

Round 1 (RS) Ch3 (counts as tr), 15tr into the ring, ss to top of beg ch-3 to join.

Fasten off. [16 tr] Round 2 Join Yarn B to first st, ch5, tr in st at base of ch-5 (counts as first v-st), ch2, skip next tr, * v-st in next tr, ch2, skip next tr; rep from * another 6 times, ss to 3rd ch of beg ch-5. Fasten off. [8 V-sts, 8 ch-2 sps]

Round 3 Join Yarn A to ch-2 sp of first v-st, ch5, tr in same sp (counts as first v-st), ch2, dtr in first skipped tr of Round 1, *ch2, skip ch-2 sp, v-st in next v-st, ch2, dtr in next skipped tr of Round 1; rep from * another 6 times, ch2, ss to 3rd ch of beg ch-5.

Fasten off. [8 dtr, 8 V-sts, 16 ch-2 sps] Round 4 Join Yarn C to ch-2 sp of first v-st, ch5 (counts as tr, ch2), (tr, ch2) twice in same v-st, dc in next dtr, *ch2, (tr, ch2) 5 times in next v-st, dc in next dtr; rep from * another 6 times, ch2, (tr, ch2) twice in first v-st again, ss to 3rd ch of beg ch-5.

Fasten off. [8 petals] Round 5 Join Yarn D to first st (this is the centre tr of petal), ch1 (does not count as st), dc in same st, *ch3, dtr in first tr of next petal, ch3, tr in next tr, ch2, (tr, ch3, tr) in next tr, ch2, tr in next tr, ch3, dtr in next tr, ch3, dc in centre tr of next petal; rep from * another 3 times omitting final dc, ss to first dc. Fasten off. [16 tr, 8 dtr, 4 dc, 20 ch-3 sps, 8 ch-2 sps]

Round 6 Join Yarn A to first st, ch5, tr in same st (counts as v-st), * v-st in next dtr, v-st in next 2 tr, v-st in ch-3 corner sp, v-st in next 2 tr, v-st in next dtr, v-st in next dc; rep from * another 3 times omitting last v-st, ss to 3rd ch of beg ch-5 to join.

Fasten off. [32 V-sts] Round 7 Join Yarn B to ch-2 sp of first v-st, ch3 (counts as tr), 3tr in same v-st, (4tr in next v-st) 3 times, *(2tr, dtr, ch2, dtr, 2tr) in corner v-st, (4tr in next v-st) 7 times; rep from * twice more, (2tr, dtr, ch2, dtr, 2tr) in corner v-st, (4tr in next v-st) 3 times, ss to top of beg ch-3.
