Rows 2-23 Work Rows 2-3 of Basic Waffle Stitch Pattern 11 times. Do not fasten off. Fold Cover in half with RS facing and ss seam row ends together to create a tube. Fasten off.

UPPER BORDER

Round 1 (RS) Rejoin yarn in any st of the last round, ch1 (does not count as st), dc in back loop only of each st around, ss in first dc to join. [82 dc]
