Fan and tassel cowl

Round 17 Round 18 Fasten off TASSELS

Cut 26 lengths of Yarn B each 12cm long. Work on WS of fabric, take 2 strands, fold in half to form a loop, insert hook in fl of starting ch and into loop, drawing the loop through. Draw yarn ends through loop and tighten. Skip 7 ch and cont working tassels around bottom edge, and trim. Block.
