NOTES

Bunting is made up of Flags, which are worked in rounds. Change colour on each round by fastening off previous colour and joining as directed in pattern. You can choose which colours to use for which rounds for an eclectic finish. Each Triangle Motif uses approx 15g of yarn; make as many as you need for your bunting – we’ve made six and used 120cm of string to hang them.

Flags are designed to have a ruffled texture and will not lie flat.

Ch-sps are not included in stitch counts unless otherwise stated.

TO FINISH

Thread ribbon through the spaces over Round 5 of the Flag. The ribbon should be threaded through the top side, which doesn’t have any spiked tr.

?? ?? Clockwise from top left: the flags are worked in the round; a ruffled look to the flags is part of the charm of Michaela’s design – it adds to the dreamy theme of bunting fluttering about in a springtime breeze; the shell-like edging is created with clusters of double treble stitches
