Master loop stitch and hook up a statement jacket for winter. By Fran Morgan

-

For those who like something a little different, this garment is for you! The mix of wool and sequins is so fabulous that this showstopper jacket will have to be your go-to winter warmer!

NOTES

Jacket is made bottom up in separate pieces for Back, Fronts and Sleeves. These are seamed together and an edging is added to front and neck edges.

Use a tapestry hook to enlarge the hole in the sequins. Thread the sequins onto the yarn, randomising the sequence. Use approx 6cm of sequins per ball. If you run out of sequins mid ball, cut the yarn and thread on some more. Position the sequin so that it is in the middle of the loop when making the stitch. Change colour in the last yrh of the previous stitch. Carry unused yarn across the WS of the work.

The beg ch2 on tr rows does not count as a st, make sure that you do not work into this t-ch on the following row.
