A night on the tiles

Rosina Plane uses octagons and squares to create a vibrant tiled e ect

-

Currently, a night on the tiles is more likely to involve staying up late tiling your bathroom than having a great night out. Hook up this lively blanket for a great night in.

NOTES

Blanket is made up of 64 Octagon motifs and 49 Square motifs. Each motif is worked in rounds, with RS facing throughout.

Each motif is worked in two colours. Work into the sts of the same colour 2 rounds below unless otherwise stated. Rather than fastening off at the end of each round, place the loop on your hook onto a marker to be ready for the next round in that colour.

Blanket is joined with dc seam at the end, using the image as a guide. For best results, block each motif before joining.
