Blue Mint (9608), Robin’s Egg (9780), 2 balls of each:
Gold (9782), Fuchsia (9764)
■ A 5.5mm (US H/8) hook
■ Stitch markers or scrap yarn

Rounds 1-10 to measure approx 10cm (4in) in diameter

ABBREVIATIONS
5-tr pc 5tr in st/sp specified, remove loop from hook, insert hook in first tr, place loop on the hook and draw loop stitch, ch1 to secure. To work in the ‘eye’ of a pc already made, insert hook in sp created when loop on hook is drawn through first st
standing sts A standing st at beg of round is worked starting with a slip knot on the hook, then the st indicated is worked as normal in the st or sp specified
cl Work all sts of a cl in the same st/sp specified, working each st of the cl up to the last yrh of each st. At this point there will be 1 loop on the hook for each st of the cl, plus the original loop on the hook (for a 2-tr cl there will be 3 loops on the hook), yrh, draw through all loops on hook
ttr2tog *Yrh 3 times, insert hook in st indicated, yrh and pull up a loop, (yrh and pull through 2 loop) 3 times; rep from * once more working into next st indicated, yrh and pull through 3 loops on hook FP4-tr cl *Yrh, insert hook from front to back to front around post of st, yrh and pull up loop, yrh and draw through 2 loops; rep from * 3 more times inserting hook around same st, yrh and draw through all loops on hook
