NOTES

The Body is worked first in the round from the bottom up to armholes. It starts with a chevron pattern and is then worked in htr rounds from RS only in a continuous spiral. Sleeves are worked separately in the same way.

The Yoke rounds join both Body and Sleeves and continue in htr rounds worked in a spiral with decreasing for Yoke shaping. A Collar is worked around the neckline, which folds back on itself before the Neck Trim is added. Trims and Cuffs are then worked from the foundation chains in the opposite direction. Keep foundation chains loose for this purpose. Pay attention to turns indicated in the patt for the bottom edgings and trims. Change yarn colour in last yrh of prev st when changing colours mid-round. Where two colours are used in the same round, carry the unused colour across the WS.
