Yarn used knits as Chunky to this tension: 13 sts and 19 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over st st using 6mm needles

Worked sideways, you’ll cast on a lot of stitches, but that means your scarf will be done after only 60 rows! Worked in practical shades of beige, cream and brown, it will fit seamlessly into your wardrobe. It makes the perfect cover-up for those indulgent long walks, as well as those essential daily trips out with the dog!

SCARF

Cast on 331 sts using Yarn A and the long tail method. Knit 2 rows. Row 1 (RS) Using Yarn A, knit to end. Row 2 K2, purl to last 2 sts, K2. These 2 rows set st st and g st edging. Work 6 rows more as set, ending with RS facing for next row. Row 9 K2A, *K1A, K1B, K2A; rep from * to last 5 sts, K1A, K1B, K3A. Row 10 K2A, P1A, P1B, P1A, *P2A, P1B, P1A; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2A. Row 11 Using Yarn B, knit. Row 12 Using Yarn B, K2, purl to last 2 sts, K2. Row 13 K2A, *K1A, K1B, K2A; rep from * to last 5 sts, K1A, K1B, K3A. Row 14 K2A, P1A, P1B, P1A, *P2A, P1B, P1A; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2A. Row 15 K2A, *K3A, K1B; rep from * to last 5 sts, K5A. Row 26 K2C, P1C, P1B, P1C, *P2C, P1B, P1C; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2C. Using Yarn C, work 6 rows in st st with g st edging. Rows 33-38 As rows 21-26. Rows 39 & 40 As rows 19 & 20. Rows 41 & 42 As rows 11 & 12. Rows 43 & 44 As rows 15 & 16. Rows 45-50 As rows 9-14. Using Yarn A, work 5 rows in st st with g st edging, ending with WS facing for next row. Knit 3 rows, ending with WS facing for next row.

Cast off knitwise. Weave in ends and gently block to measuremen­ts, following any yarn care instructio­ns on the ball band.
