TREASURED HEIRLOOM

When issue 158 dropped through my letterbox I read it immediately, as usual. I was surprised to see in My Life in Stitches, by Ruth Maddock, a picture of her rst ever magazine cover featuring the foxglove cardigan (in Pins & Needles October 1981) I knitted many years ago now. It is a treasured heirloom and I emailed Ruth to thank her for this design. She responded to me, thanking me for taking the trouble to contact her.
