(MAKE 1 PIECE) With right side of work facing and White, K up 8 sts for cast- on neck edge of back stripes piece. Work in st st for 3 rows, beg with a P row. Inc row 1 Inc 1, K5, inc 1, K1. [10 sts]. Work in st st for 3 rows. Inc row Inc 1, K to last 2 sts, inc 1, K1. Work in st st for 5 rows. Repeat the last 6 rows two more times. [16 sts] Work in st st for 10 rows. Dec 1 st at beg and end of next row. P 1 row. Repeat the last 2 rows once more. [12 sts] Dec 1 st at beg and end of next 2 rows. [8 sts] Cast off for front edge.
