With RS of work facing, rejoin yarn in edge of neckband and, using 4 mm needles, pick up and K42 ( 48: 52: 58: 66) sts (approx. 3 sts from every 4 rows) evenly down front edge to bottom of garter st rows/top of frill. Knit 1 row. Next row P1, K to last st, P1. Next row K1, P to last st, K1. Rep last 2 rows once more. Purl 1 row. Cast off Knitwise.
