TOY-TASTIC!

A friend asked if I could make her a Sven the Swedish Chef doll from the muppets. I based the pattern on Alan Dart’s One Man Band from issue 121. I made everything else up as I went along such as the chef’s toque, apron and so on. I did use Alan’s pattern for the chicken, from his Farmyard Frolics collection in issue 25. I’ve also just nished making his Strongman from issue 159. And now I’m working on a Dora the Explorer doll, based on a Jean Greenhowe pattern.
