Add exotic appeal to your home with this bold, standout cushion, inspired by traditional textiles.

-

Make this vibrant cushion for a room that needs a splash of colour, or as a gift for a friend who loves vivid soft furnishings. The design is a pattern inspired by traditional woven art, featuring blocks of colour with sharp angles between the colour changes. Bernat Softee Chunky comes in a wide range of rich shades, perfect for mixing and matching to find your favourite colour combination.

Note The cushion is worked in the intarsia technique. Wind small balls of the colours to be used, one for each separate area of colour in the design. To change colours, twist the two colours around each other where they meet, on the WS, to avoid a hole forming at the join.
