SLEEVES (MAKE 2)

Cast on 62 (64: 66: 68: 70: 72: 74: 76) sts, using 3.25mm needles. Rows 1 to 5 Knit.

Change to 4mm needles.

Beg with a Row 37, work in eyelet patt until Sleeve measures approx 30cm, ending with same patt row as on Back to armhole shaping.

SHAPE SLEEVEHEAD

Cast off 5 (5: 6: 6: 7: 7: 8: 8) sts at beg of next 2 rows. [52 (54: 54: 56: 56: 58: 58: 60) sts]

Next row Skpo, patt to last 2 sts, k2tog. [2 sts dec’d] Next row Patt to end.

Rep the last 2 rows another 5 (6: 6: 7: 7: 8: 8: 9) times. [40 sts]

Next row Skpo, patt to last 2 sts, k2tog. [2 sts dec’d] Work 3 rows.

Rep the last 4 rows another 8 times. [22 sts]

Next row Skpo, patt to last 2 sts, k2tog. [2 sts dec’d] Next row Patt to end.

Rep the last 2 rows once more. [18 sts]

Cast off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows. [12 sts] Cast off.

NECKBAND

Join right shoulder seam.

With RS facing, using 3.25mm needles, pick up and knit 34 sts down left front neck, K26 (28: 30: 32: 34: 36: 38: 40) sts from front neck holder, pick up and knit 34 sts up right side of front neck, 5 sts down right side of back neck, K36 (38: 40: 42: 44: 46: 48: 50) sts from back neck holder, pick up and knit 5 sts up left side of back neck. [140 (144: 148: 152: 156: 160: 164: 168) sts]

Knit 2 rows.

Cast off.

MAKING UP

Join left shoulder and Neckband seam. Join side and Sleeve seams. Sew in Sleeves. Weave in ends and block gently to measuremen­ts, following any yarn care instructio­ns on the ball band.
