- Written by ROMA CHRISTIAN

Inspired by the legend that is Bob Marley, House of Marley has debuted three new products at CES 2018, which are not only made from recycled materials, but boast enhanced durability and strength.

As an added soother to your soul, the company also pledges to donate a proceed of profits to tree planting charity ‘One Tree Planted’.

NO BOUNDS SPEAKER

The No Bounds Speaker is a small Bluetooth speaker boasting IP67 build certification, thereby dust resistant and waterproof.

With a lightweight and compact size, the No Bounds speaker claims to offer 10 hours of constant playback.

It will debut in April for US$69, with Australian pricing and availability to be confirmed.

NO BOUNDS SPORT SPEAKER

The No Bounds Sports Speaker also boasts IP67 certification (dust resistant and waterproof), in addition to a larger size and some intelligent features.

The device features 360-degree sound, and comes with optional storage in the base.

Committed to its mantra of sustainability, the speaker utilises House of Marley’s REGRIND cork and REWIND upcycled fabric, which is made from hemp and plastic bottles.

Battery life claims to be around 12 hours, and is scheduled to go on sale in May for US$119 (Australian pricing and availability to be confirmed).

UPRISE WIRELESS HEADPHONES

For the active consumer, House of Marley has debuted a pair of Bluetooth in-ear headphones, utilising ‘over the ear hooks’ for a firm hold.

IPX5 certification provides for sweat and water resistance, which compliments a recycled non-toxic silicone and wood fiber composite resin build.

These workout earphones are set to launch mid-2018 for US$99 (Australian pricing and availability to be confirmed).
