1971 ZD FAIRLANE

“HERE’S my ’71 ZD Fairlane, which I have had for eight years. It started life as a 302 Windsor Fairlane 500 with a column auto, but now runs a 347-stroker Windsor with a Quick Fuel 600. The paint is a custom colour called Silver Beige (it’s neither really). I have a set of Convo Pros that are getting painted soon, and there’s some bodywork still to be done. Most weekends I’m out in the car cruising around the eastern suburbs with mates – or pretending to work on it.”
