VAN WHEELS

-

ADAM’S skills are in evidence in his old Morris J van, found in the bush near Gympie. Originally a local bakery van, it ended its working life carting old house stumps, and finally had been cut up with an axe and left in a gully (see photo above). After finding the remains of the sides in a nearby ditch, Adam dragged the wreck to his workshop and started the massive rebuild. He made the doors and roof, and the van now boasts Jag underpinnings, a Windsor V8, C4 ’box and very flash two-tone paint. Once trimming has been finished it will get the Hell Town Hotrods signwriting and will again turn heads as it burbles up the highway.
