ELECTRIC SHOCK

G’DAY team, I enjoyed reading Dr Tim’s story about electric motor transplants (In Theory, SM, May ’20). I’ve been reading Street Machine for the past 25 years and often worry about the future of the sport in regards to governments’ tough stances on emissions. It was good to see that if this crazy world goes electric, there will still be options for us revheads trying to go fast.

I know electric motors aren’t to everyone’s taste, but neither were turbos or fuel injection years ago. I’d like to see a few more electric performance stories if possible.
