The perfect coffee is not only about using the right milk — the flavour of the bean and the skill of the barista making it are of such high importance to obtaining the perfect cup.

Extraordin­ary Joe are very proud to support Cleanskin Coffee Co., a company who source the finest ethical and sustainabl­e beans from around the world but roast the beans in Australia.

With a creamy, smooth taste, this is a specialise­d coffee opposed to generic brands that may be bitter.

You can certainly taste the difference with Extraordin­ary Joe coffee, having syrups sourced locally from Crows Nest. Have you ever tried an Extraordin­ary Joe hot chocolate? Available in dark or white chocolate, we melt real chocolate buds for the most irresistib­le, delectable hot chocolate taste.

Along with using our non-homogenise­d milk, our iced coffees are made with real coffee shots for that kick you really need.

A well-brewed coffee should be between 60 to 65 degrees for the espresso and 60 degrees for the milk.

Anything over these temperatur­es changes the flavour of the bean and burns the milk, resulting in an unpleasant taste.

If you like your coffee extra hot, we will still heat to only 60 degrees but pre-warm your mug so not to change the flavour of the bean
