Palm Lake Resort Toowoomba Pinnacle residents are about to experience the health benefits of one of the most technologically advanced electronic fitness training systems in the world.

The state-of-the-art milon system consists of 12 separate electronically controlled strength and cardio machines.

Residents will simply insert their personalised smartcard into each piece of equipment as they progress around the milon circuit and the card will automatically adjust the equipment for each user.

“This class-leading technology will help our residents live life to the fullest by keeping their physical health in check,” Sue says.

“The equipment is safe, effective and easy to use and we will have an on-site personal trainer available to craft individual training plans for all of our residents.”

The milon gym will be a part of Palm Lake Resort Toowoomba Pinnacle’s opulent Pinnacle Country Club, to be unveiled later this year.

The country club’s list of facilities is impressive, with a 60-seat private cinema, ten-pin bowling alley, undercover lawn bowls green, heated indoor pool and an outdoor infinity pool.
