HOW MUCH MOBILE GAMING CONTRIBUTED TO THE TOTAL GAMES MARKET IN 2016.

With US$40.6 billion in worldwide revenue in 2016, a recent survey has shown that mobile gaming now accounts for half of the global digital games market. The survey, conducted by SuperData Research and Unity Technologies, shows that Asia is by far the largest market for mobile games, generating roughly quadruple the revenue of either North America or Europe, and that puzzle games capture our attention the most, making up almost 60% of games played.
