05 Windows includes a number of troubleshooting tools that can help you identify and fix a problem that is causing your PC to crash. Open up the Start menu and type in “Troubleshooting” and press Return on your keyboard. Click on ‘Hardware and Sound’, then select ‘Blue Screen’. This will take you to tools that can help you troubleshoot causes of the infamous ‘Blue Screen of Death’.
