Developer KennyW has managed to get a basic version of Portal, Valve’s immensely popular mind-bending puzzler, working for the HoloLens. As it’s just a proof of concept at this stage, there are no problems to solve and it’s not available to the public, but a video shows that you can open up portals, throw around your Companion Cube, and even get it bouncing down a set of real stairs in augmented reality. It looks as though the physics are pretty good as well (speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out). GlaDOS would be pleased.
