They’ve created RatherNice, a really simple and basic Chrome extension that greets users with sweet nothings every time a new tab is opened. Turns out, all it takes to make us smile is a happy-looking glass of water that sports a little red heart and comes up with some of the silliest things to say. And without fail, those silly somethings have brought a smile to your humble reviewer’s face. You won’t just receive compliments, though — you’ll get encouragement and comfort, too.

I will admit to wanting the glass to be animated — and perhaps that will come along somewhere down the line as the user community has brought it up — but, for now, this is perfect to bring some joy into a drab work day. And, reader, you’re wonderful and always will be.
