WIKIPEDIA BANS DAILY MAIL AS NEWS SOURCE DUE TO UNRELIABILITY AND FABRICATION
MORE LIKE DAILY FAIL… UGH.
In a fairly unique move, Wikipedia editors have voted to place a blanket ban on using the “generally unreliable” Daily Mail as a source for their articles, citing the newspaper’s “poor fact checking, sensationalism and flat-out fabrication”. This is the first instance of a ban on an entire publication, as the decision to use a particular source was typically left to the article-editor’s discretion and common sense.
