Exercise is a fantastic way of clearing the mind, getting rid of frustration and reducing stress, but that’s only part of the equation. Smiling Mind is an Australian-made app focused on improving your overall wellbeing. Included is a range of programs designed for anyone ranging from seven-yearolds right up to adults. Additional classes focus on reducing stress in school or the workplace — helpful when deadlines appear to be piling up by the hour. Both before and after each session, the app asks to check in with yourself and rate how you’re feeling.
