QUICK LOOK

If you have a lot of windows open, the thumbnails in Mission Control (and App Exposé) can be small. To check which window is the one you want, use Quick Look – move the pointer over a thumbnail and press the Spacebar to see a larger preview. Press again to close it. This works even if you’ve turned on Mission Control’s ‘Group windows by app’ preference, which stacks up each app’s windows.

BY DEFAULT, MISSION CONTROL SPREADS OUT THE WINDOWS OF ALL YOUR OPEN APPS (BUT NOT HIDDEN OR MINIMIZED ONES, OR THOSE IN ANY ADDITIONAL WORKSPACES).
