CLOUD STORAGE

Online storage systems such as Dropbox or OneDrive are often referred to as ‘cloud storage’ – cloud services are any services online.

DROPBOX PLAN

Dropbox offers several different plans for consumers and businesses. The basic one is free, but if you want more than 2GB of storage, you will need to pay. It can quickly get expensive, so it’s best for the files you need currently rather than long-term.

SYNCHRONISATION

This is what Dropbox does between multiple computers – if a file is edited on one PC, it’ll appear on the other in seconds – providing that computer is connected to the internet, of course!
