According to the UN, more than 90 per cent of the world’s fisheries are fished to their limit, depleted or overexploi­ted. There are serious problems with both wild-caught seafood – from over-fishing to how it’s caught and farmed – which raises concerns about such things as waste generation, use of antibiotic­s and the use of wild-caught fish in feed.
