WARM FETTA WITH BABY TRUSS TOMATOES
PREP + COOK TIME 10 MINUTES SERVES 6
200g block of fetta
275g baby truss tomatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon rigani (Greek oregano)
1 Preheat an oven grill.
2 Place cheese and tomatoes on oven tray. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with rigani. Season with pepper.
3 Place cheese and tomatoes under grill for 8 minutes or until cheese is browned lightly.
