USING POTATOES
If your potatoes are really dirty, you can use a soft scrubbing brush to help remove the dirt. Potatoes can be steamed in their skins, and this is the best way to maintain the vitamin content. They can be peeled, boiled and mashed, or made into french fries. They are also wonderful in soups and stews – in fact, they’re a staple part of our diet, often eaten several times a week.
