CAULIFLOWER NASI GORENG

-

Fried shallots are served as a condiment on Asian tables, and are sprinkled over just-cooked food. They are found in Cellophane bags or jars at Asian grocery shops. Once opened, they will keep for months if stored tightly sealed. Make your own by frying thinly sliced, peeled eschalots until golden brown and crisp.
