LUSCIOUS LOLLY LIPS

PREP TIME 10 MINUTES (+ REFRIGERAT­ION) MAKES 40

3 cups (105g) Rice Bubbles

360g white eating chocolate, melted 40 lolly lips

1 Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan; line base and two long sides with baking paper, bringing paper 5cm above edges.

2 Combine Rice Bubbles and chocolate in a large bowl. Press mixture firmly into pan; level surface. Press lips, 5 across and 8 down and equally spaced, firmly onto slice. Refrigerat­e for 1 hour or until set before cutting.
