DRUMSTICKS WITH SPICE RUBS

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Rub ¼ cup of your chosen spice rub (see recipes) over 12 chicken drumsticks (1.8kg). Place chicken on an oven tray lined with baking paper; season with salt. Roast for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
