Combine 1½ tablespoon­s mild paprika, 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves, 1 teaspoon each ground black pepper and ground fennel seeds, ½ teaspoon each dried thyme and ground white pepper and a pinch chilli powder

(or to taste). Sprinkle cooked drumsticks with fresh basil leaves. Serve with lime wedges.
