Cacao powder and cacao butter are available from health food stores and some supermarke­ts. Cocoa powder is different to cacao powder and will alter the taste and nutritiona­l values of these truffles. You can use any type of nut milk such as almond or brazil nut for the truffles. Activated pistachios are available from some health food stores.
