TURKISH NIGHTCAP

PREP + COOK TIME 10 MINUTES SERVES 2 (MAKES 2 CUPS)

Stir 2 cups milk, 1 tablespoon raw honey and 2 cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan over low-medium heat; simmer, without boiling, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stand for 10 minutes. Discard cinnamon. Return pan to low heat; simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in 1 teaspoon rosewater, or to taste (see tip). Pour into heatproof glasses; dust with ground cinnamon.
