RAW CHOCOLATE POWER PUFFS

PREP + COOK TIME 20 MINUTES (+ STANDING) MAKES 36

1¼ cups (25g) puffed rice

1¼ cups (40g) puffed millet

½ cup (75g) sunflower seeds

¾ cup (90g) goji berries or

unsweetene­d dried cranberrie­s ¼ cup (35g) chia seeds

½ cup (100g) coconut oil, melted ½ cup (180g) raw honey

1¼ cups (125g) cacao powder, sifted

1 Combine puffed rice, puffed millet, sunflower seeds, goji berries and chia seeds in a large bowl. 2 Stir coconut oil and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until almost melted; remove from heat. Add cacao; whisk to combine. Pour cacao mixture over dry ingredient­s in bowl; stir well to combine.

3 Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using wet hands, roll heaped tablespoon­s of mixture into balls, place on tray; refrigerat­e for 30 minutes. Place in an airtight container until ready to eat.
