plain tube piping bag fitted with a 5mm
fluted tube
CAKE
453g tub vanilla frosting pink food colouring suitable
for frosting
12 cupcakes
DECORATIONS
300g white chocolate Melts pink food colouring suitable
for chocolate
12 mini waffle ice-cream cones pink sanding sugar
12 candied flowers pink and white sugar pearls
1 Melt white chocolate. Tint with pink colouring. Dip waffle ice-cream cones into chocolate. Sprinkle with pink sanding sugar. Allow to set.
2 Tint half the tub of vanilla frosting pink. Spoon vanilla frosting into the 1.5cm piping bag; pipe frosting onto cupcakes.
3 Top cupcakes with cones. Spoon pink frosting into the 5mm piping bag; pipe around cone.
4 Decorate with candied flowers, and pink and white sugar pearls.
