SMOKY STEAK WITH SWEET POTATO CHIPS

2 medium or­ange sweet pota­toes

(800g), un­peeled, cut in long strips 6 beef T-bone steaks (1.8kg) 2 ta­ble­spoons light brown sugar 2 tea­spoons smoked pa­prika 2 ta­ble­spoons malt vine­gar 2 ta­ble­spoons worces­ter­shire sauce ¼ cup (60ml) tomato sauce

250g bunch rocket, trimmed 1 Boil, steam or mi­crowave or­ange sweet potato un­til ten­der; drain.

2 Mean­while, com­bine steaks with sugar, pa­prika, vine­gar and sauces in shal­low bowl.

3 Cook sweet potato on heated oiled bar­be­cue (or grill or grill pan) for about 10 min­utes or un­til golden brown.

4 Cook undrained steaks on heated oiled bar­be­cue. Serve steaks with sweet potato chips and rocket.
