WHIPPED PERSIAN FETTA & DUKKAH DIP

PREP TIME 10 MINUTES SERVES 4 AS A STARTER

BIn a food processor, process an undrained 180g tub persian fetta and 1 clove crushed garlic until smooth. Spoon into a small serving bowl; top with 1 tablespoon dukkah and 1 tablespoon pomegranat­e seeds (optional). Serve with fresh cucumber and char-grilled pitta breads.
