Place 2 room-tem­per­a­ture eggs in a small saucepan, then cover with cold wa­ter; bring to the boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 min­utes for a soft-boiled egg (start tim­ing from boil­ing point). Drain. Mean­while, brush 375g as­para­gus, halved cross­ways, with a lit­tle oil; char-grill, turn­ing oc­ca­sion­ally, for 6 min­utes or un­til ten­der. Sprin­kle with 2 ta­ble­spoons dukkah. Serve soft-boiled eggs in egg cups with as­para­gus sol­diers.
