You may need to buy a whole pineapple and honeydew melon and cut crossways in half. When peeling, keep the shape rounded at one end (see picture).

If you don’t have a clear glass bowl, set the jelly in a ring pan, adding 2 teaspoons extra dissolved gelatine powder, then turn it onto a serving platter.
