Cream cheese frosting

For delicious frosting, beat 125g each of softened unsalted butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1½ cups of sifted icing sugar and beat until smooth, then stir in a tablespoon of finely grated lemon rind.

My great-grandmother used to enter cakes, honeys and jams in shows as well.
