Joy Bell got her break in The Australian Women’s

Weekly fashion pages in the 1980s under iconic Fashion Director Maggie Tabberer – but before long she was trying her luck in New York, and gracing the pages of US Vogue.

And so Joy became one of our first true supermodels, quickly breaking into acting as Ms Caroline the Vixen on the NBC soap Another World.

“Everything we tried looked amazing on her and she didn’t miss a beat wearing these heavy coats on one of the hottest summer days in Sydney,” says our Style Director, Mattie Cronan. Though Joy still lives in New York, now, at age

60, she’s hoping to spend more time on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, where she grew up.
