Danish Crown Princess Mary looked the part for Copenhagen’s 2017 garden show, with a sweeping floral skirt and elegant wide-brimmed straw hat. The Crown Princess baptised a new pink rose, the Cph Garden In Bloom, which was bred by a local rose grower, Rosa Eskelund. It wasn’t the only thing Mary introduced to the world. The royal family welcomed a new border collie puppy, Grace, after the death of “faithful and loving” family dog Ziggy in April, aged 12. Gorgeous Grace is from the same family as Ziggy, who was a wedding present for Mary and Frederik.
